Karl Malone’s Body & Paint – Customer Service Support Representative

Karl Malone’s Body & Paint is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative. As a member of our team, you will help support customers by answering their phone calls, providing updates to customers, and assisting them with the drop‑off and delivery process.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct customer calls
  • Confirm and follow up with sales appointments
  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Follow up on missed appointments and with leads that previously were not ready to make an appointment
  • Participate in team & process development sessions.
  • Aide in maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
Requirements
  • Experience working in a call center is a plus
  • Great communicator
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality with a team‑player attitude
  • Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check & drug screen
