The Digital Associate role allows you to interact with customers through chat and email, giving you a meaningful impact on product and service quality.

• Location:
  
  Remote, approved states Utah, North Carolina, Texas.
• Training:
  Three weeks, 10 AM–5 PM MST, Monday‑Friday (full attendance).
• Full‑time (40 hours per week) with most shifts in the afternoons/evenings.
• Starting base pay: $15.00 per hour + potential bonus up to $6/hr.
• Required weekend shift.

• Answer 2–3 incoming customer chats concurrently using the NICE CXOne platform, roughly 40 chats per 8‑hour shift.
• Consult customers on the best value for contact lens purchases (sales focus).
• Reply to incoming emails or MMS as needed.
• Communicate and engage with manager and team via one‑on‑one meetings, team meetings, and chat.
• Request eye‑care provider prescriptions by phone when required.
• Provide world‑class customer service in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Identify and resolve problems creating a positive customer experience.
• Maintain high performance metrics: revenue per chat, quality, availability, timeliness.
• Abide by 1‑800 Contacts policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2–3 years minimum customer service experience.
• Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute.
• Technical proficiency and reliable internet connection (≥20 Mbps download, ≥10 Mbps upload).
• Private, dedicated workplace free from interruption.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and show up on time.
