Coast is hiring an early-stage Customer Support Associate to be a trusted advisor for our customers, helping them succeed with our platform and ensuring a smooth Coast experience. You will understand customer requirements, onboard new customers, train users, drive adoption and retention, and coordinate with account management, product, and engineering teams.
You will work in our Salt Lake City office, with flexible hours and a requirement to be in the Draper office 3–4 days per week.
