Join our Core Products team working on employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle events within the HR Platform organization at Bamboo

HR, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing one of our most crucial product experiences. You will be responsible for developing a strategic vision for our employee experiences and the employee lifecycle events. This position requires the ability to manage multiple complex solutions simultaneously and effectively communicate progress and insights to stakeholders across the organization. If you are a product manager with a passion for frameworks, shared componentry, and a desire to make a significant impact, this opportunity is perfect for you.

• Partner closely with design and engineering to craft elegant, scalable solutions that simplify employee onboarding and offboarding workflows and improve customer outcomes.
• Develop a deep understanding of HR Tech and HRIS domain through customer research, data analysis, and ongoing collaboration with internal experts.
• Clearly define and prioritize problems that matter most to customers — turning insights into actionable opportunities.
• Drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring that strategy, roadmap, and execution reflect shared priorities.
• Deliver solutions that balance long-term product evolution with near-term impact, using data and experimentation to learn quickly.
• Regularly evaluate product effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative feedback, identifying opportunities to improve usability and satisfaction.
• Foster a strong, collaborative triad with engineering and design, empowering each function to do its best work.
• Communicate decisions, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders at every level — driving alignment without slowing momentum.
• Leverage AI tools and principles to enhance discovery, definition, design, and delivery throughout the product development lifecycle.

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-centered products.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams — design, engineering, research, and operations — to bring ideas to life.
• Comfortable balancing creative and analytical thinking; you can zoom out to strategy and zoom in to detail.
• Technical fluency that allows you to engage effectively with engineers and make informed tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into product decisions that move key metrics.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies and experienced in both discovery and delivery.
• Organized, proactive, and decisive — you create clarity and momentum in complex environments.
• Experience with platform and cross-product technologies is preferred but not required.
