Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.
• Work closely with suppliers regarding quality and specifications.
• Provide engineering support for the introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth transition from product development to full‑scale production.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Utilize data analysis and process monitoring tools to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering and/of quality engineering with the medical device industry, particularly in orthopedic.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, casting, forging, and assembly.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to medical device manufacturing (e.g., ISO).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

• 5 years in a related medical device field.
• Relevant manufacturing processes experience.
• Design engineering tools such as CAD and Pro-Engineer.
• Visualization and implementation of projects from inception to completion.
• Understanding of basic human anatomy.
• Microbiology experience (preferred).
• Statistical understanding.
