Job Title: Compliance Analyst

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

Duration: 6+ months contract

Max Pay Rate: $42-43/hr. on w2

Role: Compliance Analyst – FIU (CaaS Investigations)

Join our Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and help strengthen the company’s BSA/AML compliance program
. This role supports Compliance as a Service (CaaS) investigations, providing AML investigative and regulatory reporting support for newly acquired businesses and payment processing entities.

• Conduct AML investigations on customer and transaction activity
• Identify suspicious activity and emerging financial crime typologies
• Gather KYC, transaction data, and supporting documentation
• Draft case notes and assist with Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
• Maintain case documentation while meeting SLA, quality, and productivity standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve investigations
• Contribute to improving investigation workflows and controls

• 1–2 years of AML, investigations, or compliance experience (payments/fintech a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel; ability to learn SQL and case management tools
• High attention to detail and integrity handling sensitive data
