Responsibilities

Annie Mac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time

• Establish and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, builders and developers and make sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business.
• Recruit and hire MLOs for the branch and motivate staff to achieve maximum production levels.
• Train and oversee the branch staff relative to proper techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through.
• Monitor quality of loans originated by MLOs and ensure they are within company policy guidelines. Also, monitor MLO compensation plans and keep them in balance with production.
• Responsible for the overall customer interaction and interface with all parties involved on each individual loan that is originated from application to closing including, but not limited to: counseling and pre-qualifying potential home buyers; taking complete and accurate applications; obtaining all necessary support documents along with the appropriate fee and lock-in information; overseeing the loan process by monitoring loan status and ensuring conformity with terms;
  
  assisting in collecting additional documents and promptly communication loan status to all interested parties, and obtaining loan documentation after closing.
• Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
