This is a full‑time remote role for a Branch Manager at Castle & Cooke Mortgage. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, lead and support team members, and drive the achievement of sales and performance goals. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing the loan application process, mentoring staff, building relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

The Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving business growth.

• Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills
• Proven track record in mortgage lending, sales, and business development
• Knowledge of mortgage products, services, industry regulations, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to analyze financial documents and oversee loan application processes effectively
• Proficiency in using mortgage lending software and other relevant tools
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Experience in managing a mortgage branch or equivalent leadership role is a plus
