• Assist loan officers with the preparation and organization of mortgage application documents
• Communicate with clients to collect required information and provide timely updates

• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and other internal teams to ensure efficient loan progression
• Manage calendars, set appointments, and follow up on action items as needed
