About the Role
The Portfolio Specialist helps Clicklease support portfolio performance and customer account resolution by managing delinquent account workflows, servicing activities, and operational processes related to collections, fraud support, and repossession coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment, and is motivated by helping drive efficient account resolution outcomes while maintaining strong attention to detail.
The Team
The Portfolio Operations team plays a critical role in supporting portfolio health, customer account servicing, and operational execution across the business. Team members work collaboratively across collections, legal support, fraud operations, and portfolio servicing functions to deliver strong customer and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage assigned delinquent portfolio accounts and support account resolution workflows.
- Review account activity and determine appropriate next steps, including escalation to legal collections, repossession coordination, fraud review support, or settlement processing.
- Conduct inbound and outbound communications related to account servicing and resolution activities.
- Maintain accurate account records, servicing documentation, and operational updates within company systems.
- Monitor portfolio activity and contribute to departmental delinquency and recovery performance goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding account activity and documentation requirements.
What You Have
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in collections, portfolio servicing, financial operations, customer account management, or related operational environments.
- Experience supporting delinquent account workflows or account resolution processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems/platforms.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience with in fintech, leasing, consumer finance, or financial services environments.
- Experience supporting legal collections, repossession coordination, fraud workflows, or settlement operations.
What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months
- Independently manages assigned portfolio workflows with minimal supervision.
- Consistently meets operational productivity and account resolution expectations.
- Demonstrates accuracy in account documentation, servicing updates, and escalation handling.
- Builds strong working relationships across collections, legal support, and portfolio operations teams.
