Responsibilities- Generate your mortgage loan business by leveraging your databases and lead system using our origination system.
- Assist clients in choosing the best mortgage product to meet their financial goals.
- Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
- Positive Attitude.
- Self Starter.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Understanding of RESPA, TILA, and other relevant regulations.
- License with NMLS - We will help the right candidate with this!

You run your own schedule, database, and origination processes. We are licensed in UT, , CA, CO and WY. We have origination systems and procedures in place if you choose to use them.
