Loan Partner

Overview

Loan Partner I at Annie Mac Home Mortgage is responsible for assisting one specific Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager (Team Leader). Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage the Calendar:
  Set all appointments for Team Leader;
  Confirm all appointments the day before and if you leave a message call the day of as well. Have at least two callback times scheduled in Team Leader’s day and update voicemail to reflect those times.
• Lead Tracker:
  Call leads back within 1 hour to set appointments with a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator; ensure all leads are added to the lead tracker; update the referral source every time contact is attempted/made; bring two copies of the lead tracker to each team meeting; give borrowers a verbal list of what to bring and directions and have them write it down;
  
  email confirmation of appointment (including what to bring, directions, testimonial) to the agent, borrower, and Team Leader (put from (Team Leader name) in the Re: section of the email); print credit and place it in the appointment folder to be ready for the appointment.
• Database Management:
  Update our database on the 1st of each month with closed loans from the previous month; email the program of the week to the realtor database every Friday; perform 30-60-90 day calls for all closed loans; perform ABC calls weekly; administer the Birthday Program using the CRM tool.
• Team Leader Organization:
  Keep Team Leader’s desk organized and keep Team Leader on track with calls and schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented and organized.

This position is prohibited from discussing and/or negotiating loan terms with borrowers. Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle and eye strain. Unless specifically defined upon employment, this position is required to report to the licensed branch location during working hours, in order to support the Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager.
