The Accounting Intern helps Clicklease maintain accurate financial operations and reporting by supporting day‑to‑day accounting activities, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in accounting or finance who wants practical experience in a fast‑paced fintech environment while learning from experienced professionals.

You’ll join a collaborative Finance and Accounting team focused on operational accuracy, process improvement, and supporting business growth. The team works closely across departments to ensure financial integrity and efficient business operations.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Support preparation of financial reports and documentation
• Conduct financial data analysis and assist with financial modeling activities
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Assist with ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data organization or reporting
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Experience working with accounting software, financial systems, or related coursework
• Ability to analyze financial information with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Experience with financial analysis or financial modeling
• Experience working in fast‑paced or deadline‑driven environments

• Successfully supports recurring accounting and reconciliation tasks with accuracy and reliability
• Demonstrates proficiency with accounting systems, Excel workflows, and financial reporting processes
