We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Headquarters in Henderson, NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

• Calling Third Party Originators
• Organizing, logging, and maintaining good notes.
• Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing brokers.
• Answering emails and phone calls.
• Acting as a representative between Village Capital and Third-Party Originators.

• Proven experience with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred).

• Solution‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to calmly and effectively deescalate tense situations.
• Familiarity with mortgage industry standards and practices.
