• As part of Client's Collectionsteam, this role will support the collectionsteam in the execution and delivery of the team's strategic and operational initiatives.
• The collectionsteam is responsible for the end to end collections process across all Client entities ( LLC, Divvy, and Invoice2
  
  Go), and includes reviewing each account to determine the best way to approach the client, then executing their plan to bring in the maximum amount of revenue.
• The ideal candidate brings collectionsknowledge and experience, possesses a customer centric mindset, and is able to contribute strongly individually and as part of a small but high performing team to optimize collection efforts and deliver on critical financial targets.

We’d love to chat if you have:

• 1-2+ years of direct collections experience preferably in ecommerce, payments, financial service or a similar industry
• Has proven ability to learn, adapt and train new processes and procedures
• Logical and rational thinker with demonstrated data analysis and investigative skills
• Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills - must have ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice Have's:

• Knowledge of payment processing methods including ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual and credit cards
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management is a plus

Communication will be via Teams and Outlook. Meetings are conducted remotely, and this is a face‑to‑face role. New agents should be comfortable using their feet and mouth because they will be walking around talking to folks face‑to‑face. They need to manage an iPad, manage a checkout system, and use a location-based map system. Not exactly pen and paper. Someone must be able to use a cursory level of technology to succeed in the role.

Training will be provided for the first week.
