MDAEdge in Draper, UT is seeking a Chargeback Analyst to join the Payment and Risk Operations team. You will manage chargeback disputes, merchant disputes, reconciliation, and customer communication, applying payment card risk management expertise.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in chargeback or payment card risk, strong data analysis and Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Work hours are 9 AM–6 PM MT.
