Customer Relationship Advocate

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Fidelity clients, delivering prompt, accurate support on accounts, trades, and transactions
• Educate customers on Fidelity's digital tools, investment resources, and retirement planning solutions
• Resolve client inquiries via phone and digital channels while meeting quality, compliance, and service-level standards
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate Fidelity products and specialists to deepen relationships
• Document interactions in CRM systems and follow through on open items to ensure client satisfaction
• Adhere to regulatory, privacy, and risk-management policies in all client interactions
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and licensing support to build financial services expertise
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and maintain a client-first, inclusive culture
