AboutThe Opportunity
This role exists to assure every hearing device ordered and sent to manufacturers is accurate and processed in a timely manner and resolve any delays, defects and return exceptions as needed.
What will you be doing?- Manage the order cycle from net new to renewals, reviewing, confirming, and processing new customer orders.
- Follow up on any discrepancies within the order process.
- Monitor order status, communicating any issues and delays to customers and partners as needed.
- Work closely with manufacturer partners to approve, track, and change order details.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Data entry experience
