Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Make scripted outbound calls to patients on behalf of their health plan regarding their medication
  • Receive inbound calls from patients.
  • Collaborate closely with Med Watchers pharmacists to ensure patient needs are met if needed.
  • Demonstrate professional communication and compassionate care in every interaction.
  • Use multiple technology platforms to provide a seamless experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards.
  • Meet and exceed daily call, quality, and performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assess challenging patient situations; respond appropriately to patient needs and requests.
  • Identify potential medication issues and elevate them to Med Watchers pharmacists.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Preferred:

  • Outbound call center experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Responsible and reliable with a track record of good attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Location

This position is in-office. However, after a 90-day probationary period, a hybrid or remote schedule may be available depending on performance, productivity, attendance, and quality assurance.
