Working Hours: 40-hour work week Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm in Pacific or Mountain standard time zones
You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute
* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
- Understand pharmacy related quality reports and identify areas for intervention and improvement (e.g. medication claim reversals, medication adherence, etc.)
- Maintain payer resources
- Educate and assist patients with payer resources relevant to medication adherence barriers (e.g. financial assistance, educational materials, measuring details, etc.)
- Coordinate with outpatient pharmacies to ensure members receive prescriptions timely and assist with prescription refill requests
- Conduct telephonic patient outreach to educate on medication adherence opportunities
- Other duties as assigned to meet departmental objectives

Required Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Pharmacy Technician license in good standing, in any state
- 3+ years of Pharmacy-related or quality related experience
- Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm in Pacific or Mountain standard time zones
- CPhT National Certification
- Experience in managed care pharmacy (Pharmacy Benefits Manager, Medicare Advantage)
- Experience using EMR systems
- Knowledge of Medicare part D
- Ability to recognize potential drug discrepancies and barriers to adherence
- Knowledge of HIPAA
- Demonstrate accuracy, timeliness, organization and attention to detail

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
