Internship- Construction Safety

Interns will be expected to assist in:

* Maintaining divisional Safety and Health Program that meets or exceeds corporate minimum requirements

* Ensure timely reporting of statistical data to corporate

* Create, communicate, enforce and identify opportunities for improvements in Corporate Safety Program

* Maintaining all administrative tasks related to project specific safety documentation/filing systems, etc.

* Assist in conducting regularly scheduled site evaluations, follow up and tracking of corrections to deficiencies

* Enforce documentation on the proper training of employees as related to their scope of work

* Junior or Senior (highly preferred)

* Minimum GPA 2.75

* Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related degree.

* Past construction work experience is preferred but not required
