The Inner PeaceExperience:
Why Clinicians Stay
We’ve built a culture that honors the "seasoned" professional’s need for balance and autonomy.
- Administrative Support: We handle the billing, marketing, initial scheduling, and payment collection. You focus entirely on your clients.
- True Work/Life Integration: We pay primarily for billable hours, allowing you to design a schedule that respects your life outside the clinic. While we currently have a high need for afternoon and evening hours, we value your input on what makes a "sustainable" week.
- A Culture of Growth: We provide liability insurance, monthly bonuses, and yearly training stipends to support your continued clinical mastery.
- Clinical
Collaboration:
Join a team of LCSWs and CMHCs who value dynamic, evolving interventions.
- Conduct high quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic screenings.
- Maintain excellent standards of clinical documentation (treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries).
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to create innovative curriculum and treatment strategies.
- Manage client crises with the poise and competence of an experienced provider.
- Education: Master’s Degree or Doctorate in a mental health field.
- Licensure: Fully licensed in Utah (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD). We also welcome Associate-level clinicians (CSW, ACMHC) and provide high-quality supervision at no cost.
- Clinical
Skills:
Proven expertise in child/adolescent therapy and trauma. - Training: EMDR training is a significant plus.
- Salary Range: $49,920 - $94,000 per year (Based on licensure and volume).

If you are looking for a professional environment that treats you like a peer rather than a "unit of production," we would love to meet you.
