The RoleWe're looking for a passionate, skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team and work with clients navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. This is a role for someone who thrives in a structured, high-touch clinical environment — and who finds deep purpose in showing up fully for people in some of the hardest seasons of their lives.
You'll carry a caseload across individual, group, and family modalities, collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, and have real input into the care your clients receive.
What You'll Do- Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and needs
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, trauma-focused modalities, and others)
- Partner with clients to build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and support lasting well-being
- Collaborate daily with psychiatry, case management, and direct care staff to deliver coordinated, whole-person care
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EMR system
- Engage in ongoing learning and bring current research and clinical best practices into your work
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (doctoral degree a plus)
- Current Utah licensure or eligibility for licensure (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or associate-level equivalent)
- Experience providing therapy to individuals with complex mental health presentations
- Solid foundation in evidence-based treatment approaches
- Strong clinical instincts, professional boundaries, and genuine empathy
- Comfortable working in a team environment and communicating across disciplines
- Experience with electronic health records; comfortable with clinical documentation

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health therapy.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Ph.D. in Psychology or relevant licensure is a plus.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Utah in a counseling related field.
- Proven experience in providing counseling or therapy services to individuals with diverse mental health concerns.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish a rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, demonstrate empathy, and provide non-judgmental support to clients.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in documenting client interactions.
