The ENT House of Hearing in Salt Lake City, Utah is currently accepting applications for 4th year externs for the year. If you’re looking for a comprehensive 4th year experience in the most beautiful state on earth, look no further. We have a unique set up where we are a private practice hearing aid clinic that has a partnership with a large ENT group.
Currently we have 9 offices, 15 ENT doctors, 6 Audiologists (with their CCCs), 6 Hearing Instrument Specialists, 1 Aud extern and a team of audiology assistants. We provide diagnostic testing for all ages, hearing aid dispensing and follow-up care, cochlear implants, temporal bone implants, Lyric, tinnitus management, and comprehensive neurodiagnostic assessments (CDP, VNG, Rotary Chair, cVEMP, oVEMP, ECOG, ENOG, ABRs).
We are currently licensed as a Center of Specialty Care through the American Institute of Balance.

We seek externs who have strong diagnostic skills, are team players, can "go-with-the-flow" in a fast-paced clinic, and have a desire to learn all aspects of audiology.
Externship Information- Primary Practice Setting: ENT group practice, Private practice
- Number of Audiologists at the site: 1 FTE Masters Degree, 4 FTE Au.D., 0 FTE Ph.D., 0 FTE Other Doctorate (ScD), 6 FTE professional support staff (technicians/audiometric assistants), 0 FTE Clerical Support Staff
- Number of Audiology Students each year: 0 1st year AuD Clinical Rotations, 1 2nd year, 1 3rd year, 2 4th year Externships
- Financial arrangements: Stipend
- Will interview travel be compensated? No
- Vacation Days: 7
