Our Customer Service team is looking for outstanding Member Services team members who enjoy engaging with empathy, can compassionately connect with customers, and demonstrate diligent detail orientation when assisting our customers with their questions and orders.

If you are looking for a quality leadership team, growth opportunities, and you want to make over $20.00/ hour (starting pay at $19.00/ hour plus $200/ month quality and attendance bonus).

Taking inbound customer service calls and provide specific health plan/partner details relating to the individual’s benefits, programs, and products available and facilitate scheduling appointments with providers.

Helping members with finance assistance through our financing partners.

Working with Providers (Audiologists) processing clinic referrals.

Assisting customers with hearing aid supply orders.

Taking and make Inbound/Outbound calls regarding appointments and/or customer inquiries.

Attending weekly one on one coaching sessions to align with company initiatives, training opportunities and performance objectives.

Completing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual trainings on compliance, department procedures and continued Insurance/Partner knowledge.

Following up on interdepartmental issues, emails, and voicemails.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Tru Hearing offers a generous compensation and benefits package including health coverage, a fully vested 401k match, education assistance, fully paid long and short-term disability, paid time off and paid holidays. We are conveniently located across the street from the Draper Front Runner station and subsidizes the cost of a UTA pass with access to Front Runner, TRAX and regular bus service – employee cost is less than $2 per day.
