Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to provide telehealth behavioral health services to adults across Utah. Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and the ability to establish effective therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting. The work follows a consistent weekday schedule and requires a high standard of clinical care, communication, and documentation.

• Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth platforms
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
• Establish treatment goals based on client needs and clinical presentation
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate progress and adjust interventions when clinically appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Maintain compliance with Utah licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics

• Active Utah LCMHC or LCSW license
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• 2+ years post-licensure experience
