JOB OVERVIEW
House Person – Your role ensures each guest enjoys a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay. You will clean public bathrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas, maintain storage organization, assist guests with deliveries, and perform guest room, laundry, and kitchen duties as needed. You will also report any broken, defective, or missing items to management to uphold hotel standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Clean public bathrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas including removing trash, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Serve guests with friendly assistance and manage deliveries.
- Store and retrieve cleaning supplies and maintain storage areas.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform guest room, laundry, and kitchen tasks as directed.
- Report maintenance issues and missing items to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously for a full shift.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
