This role focuses on managing day-to-day employee and tax support activities across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with payroll policies, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Payroll Tax Team on tax-related issues, reconciliations, and adjustments.
