Location:
Draper, UT (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows platforms (Windows 7, 10)
- Support Zoom, networking (LAN/WAN), and enterprise domain infrastructure
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows desktop/server OS and Active Directory
- Assist with Microsoft Outlook/Messaging and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Perform basic troubleshooting for Citrix, VMware, VDI, and virtualization environments
- Provide mobile OS (iOS/Android) application support
- Deliver high-quality customer service with ownership through resolution
- Collaborate with executive leadership, requiring strong communication and soft skills
- Solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting experience across Microsoft and networking environments
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Team player, collaborative, self-motivated, and proactive learner
- Ability to support executive leadership with professionalism and discretion
- 2+ years of technical knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, iOS, and Android devices
- Experience in high-level customer support or VIP/executive support roles
- High School Diploma required
- This role is best suited for a customer-focused IT professional with strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to support both standard operations and executive leadership needs.
