We're seeking an Adaptive Solutions & Data Analyst to design, build, and support Adaptive Planning (EPM) models that drive enterprise planning, forecasting, and execution. This role focuses on solution design, performance, and scalability
, partnering closely with business and IT teams across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, and RGM.

• Design and support Adaptive Planning model architecture
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Participate in UAT testing and production deployments
• Maintain and enhance high-performing Adaptive models
• Partner with users to gather feedback and refine solutions
• Develop and maintain model and solution documentation
• Identify and recommend improvements based on industry best practices
• Support planning processes across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, and RGM
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (franchise partners/bottlers)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of Adaptive Planning (or similar EPM) model development
• 2+ years of experience with one or more:
  • Oracle Hyperion (HFM, Planning)
  • Oracle Cloud EPM
  • SAP BPC, IBP, BI-IP, SAC, Callidus
• Strong understanding of:
  • Data architecture and system integrations
  • Planning, forecasting, and execution processes
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros);
  Access a plus
• Experience with system implementations (requirements, design, build/test, deploy)
• Agile experience preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strategic and conceptual thinker
• Ability to balance technical design with business needs
