Location: Hybrid (Draper, UT or San Jose, CA) – 3 days onsite (Mon/Tue/Thu)
Role Type: 6-Month Contractor (6-month initial term with extension potential)

Hennessy Talent Solutions is representing a leading innovator in the Fin Tech/SaaS space to find a data-driven Paid Social Associate
. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for a technical practitioner who knows how to move beyond "brand awareness" and map paid social activity directly to MQLs, SQLs, and influenced pipeline.
As a key engine of the growth team, you will own the end-to-end execution of campaigns across Linked In and Facebook, while helping the brand scale into emerging channels.
What You’ll Do:Execute, Analyze, Optimize
Multi-Channel Management: Lead the day-to-day execution for Linked In, Facebook, and Reddit, with potential for Twitter/X and other beta channels.
Deep-Dive Account Execution: Spend significant time "in the platforms" configuring ad sets, audience building (including exclusions), bid strategies, and A/B test setups.
Data-to-Action Diagnostics: Identify trends by synthesizing data from Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Analytics. You won't just pull reports; you will diagnose performance issues and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Budget & Pipeline Stewardship: Help oversee campaign budgets and performance metrics across all paid advertising channels to ensure alignment with monthly revenue goals.
Conversion Optimization: Partner with senior managers to execute landing page optimizations and creative tests that drive measurable conversion improvements.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns (specifically Linked In and Facebook) within a B2B environment.
Proven Outcomes: Demonstrated success in lead and pipeline generation. You should be comfortable discussing your impact on CPL and pipeline velocity.
SaaS/Fin Tech Pedigree: Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred; a background in the financial, accounting, or Fin Tech industry is a major plus.
Analytical Power‑User: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and a bias toward data‑based decision‑making.
Technical Stack: Experience using Salesforce (CRM), Tableau (BI), and Google Analytics to track and attribute full‑funnel performance.
Agility: Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Reliability: Ability to commit to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) in either the Draper, UT or San Jose, CA hub.
