Our client is seeking a highly motivated, hands‑on AI Enablement Specialist to drive AI adoption and enablement across the organization.
This role owns the AI enablement roadmap, focused on designing and delivering education programs that empower internal AI champions to build practical AI solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, while helping broader teams adopt AI into their day‑to‑day workflows.
This is a blend of AI adoption, enablement, training, change management, and cross‑functional partnership. Rather than acting as a centralized builder, this person helps scale AI capability by enabling business users to confidently create AI‑augmented workflows themselves.
The role works closely with technical AI teams, business stakeholders, and global teams to drive practical adoption and measurable usage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AI Enablement & Education- Design and lead an internal AI champions education program
- Deliver recurring training sessions focused on Copilot Studio, AI workflows, and practical business use cases
- Make AI concepts approachable and actionable for non‑technical audiences
- Build repeatable enablement content, learning paths, and training materials
- Partner with business teams globally to drive AI adoption
- Help teams identify where AI fits into existing workflows
- Identify blockers to adoption and create strategies to improve engagement and usage
- Run awareness sessions and ongoing enablement initiatives across departments
- Partner with technical AI teams to facilitate office hours, deep‑dive sessions, and hands‑on support
- Act as the bridge between technical builders and business users
- Collaborate with teams identifying workflow automation and AI use cases
- Own day‑to‑day execution of the enablement workstream
- Track adoption metrics, champion engagement, and overall program progress
- Continuously improve the enablement model based on feedback and outcomes
This person is:
- A strong educator and facilitator
- Comfortable simplifying technical AI concepts for non‑technical audiences
- Hands‑on with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar low‑code AI tools
- Experienced driving adoption and change management with business stakeholders
- Comfortable working across global teams and time zones
- Organized, self‑directed, and strong in program execution
- Familiar with workflow automation, AI agents, and process mapping
- Experience building and delivering enablement, training, or adoption programs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or comparable AI tooling
- Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience working across distributed or global teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Background in AI adoption, change management, or digital transformation
- L&D or organizational transformation experience
- Workflow automation / RPA familiarity
- Microsoft AI or Power Platform certifications
- Experience working across multiple regions or culturally diverse teams
