Health Equity - ServiceNow SecOps Engineer

Job Description
At least 4+ years' experience required with Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with Service Now Sec Ops applications, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
Security Knowledge:
Understanding of security operations, incident response, vulnerability management.
Proficiency in Service Now platform configuration (e.g., workflows, forms, UI policies, ACLs).
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
Strong knowledge of Service Now CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and Security Operations workflows.
Proficiency in Service Now Scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs).
Experience integrating Service Now with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk platforms.
Hands-on experience with automated workflows, playbooks, and security orchestration.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (MITRE Telecommunication&CK, NIST, ISO, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)
