"Technical Expertise
o Strong hands-on experience with Service Now HRSD modules.
o Proficiency in Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and
Integration Hub.
Certifications
o Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
o Service Now HRSD Implementation Specialist (preferred).
Domain Knowledge
o Understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle.
Soft Skills
o Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Solution Design & Implementation
o Lead end-to-end implementation of Service Now HRSD modules (Case
Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle
Events).
o Design and configure HR workflows, integrations, and automation using
Service Now best practices.
Platform Governance
o Define and enforce Service Now HRSD standards, security, and compliance
requirements.
o Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate
them into technical solutions.
o Provide thought leadership and roadmap planning for HRSD capabilities.
Integration & Customization
o Integrate Service Now HRSD with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP
Success Factors, etc.).
o Develop custom widgets, portals, and reports as needed.
Team Leadership
o Mentor junior developers and administrators.
o Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for delivery."
