Roles and Responsibilities:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with Service Now HRSD modules.
Proficiency in Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

Certifications

Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Service Now HRSD Implementation Specialist (preferred).

Domain Knowledge

Understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation

Lead end-to-end implementation of Service Now HRSD modules (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events).
Design and configure HR workflows, integrations, and automation using Service Now best practices.

Platform Governance

Define and enforce Service Now HRSD standards, security, and compliance requirements.
Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide thought leadership and roadmap planning for HRSD capabilities.

Integration & Customization

Integrate Service Now HRSD with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP Success Factors, etc.).
Develop custom widgets, portals, and reports as needed.

Team Leadership

Mentor junior developers and administrators.
Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for delivery.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Experience with other Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC).
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
Exposure to AI/ML features in Service Now for HR automation.
