Please note:
This is an in‑office position that requires working at our Draper, UT headquarters. Employment with Bamboo
HR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
- Help end users resolve technical workstation issues (both Windows and macOS).
- Provision new IT equipment (laptops, monitors, and specialized A/V hardware).
- Provide A/V support for company meetings, including executive‑led and large meetings, and maintain conference rooms and Zoom Rooms to ensure they are fully functional and meeting‑ready.
- Troubleshoot network issues (VLANs, routing, switching) as they relate to workstations and A/V endpoints.
- Automate job responsibilities—leveraging AI tools where applicable—for continued efficiency.
- Contribute to the ongoing documentation and runbooks of our systems and processes.
- Provide occasional off‑hours or off‑site support for special events with advance notice.
- 1+ years experience in a Help Desk, Tech Support, or A/V Support role.
- Outstanding problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical information clearly to all levels of the organization.
- Experience with computer hardware repair and maintenance.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work primarily onsite in our Draper office.
- Associate’s Degree in related fields.
- Proven experience providing "white‑glove" support to leadership in high‑pressure environments.
- Experience with specialized A/V hardware (Neat, Crestron, or similar).
- Experience utilizing ChatGPT, Gemini, Moveworks, or other AI tools to improve IT workflows.
- Experience with Okta, Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Intune.
- Basic network experience (VLANs, routing, switching).
- Self‑motivated, ambitious learner, and proactive communicator.
