As Director of IT Operations, you will lead the modernization and transformation of Seek Well’s infrastructure, cloud platforms, and IT operations. You will partner with the CTO to develop a long‑term technology strategy and drive continuous improvement in security, scalability, and efficiency, supporting the company’s growth ambitions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT operations, including infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, data centers, service desk, and end‑user support.
  • Collaborate with the CTO on infrastructure, cloud, and operational strategies and roadmaps.
  • Drive cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, and data‑center migration initiatives.
  • Define and evolve infrastructure architecture, operational standards, and governance across on‑premises and cloud environments.
  • Oversee performance, availability, scalability, and resiliency of enterprise systems and networks.
  • Develop IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices for high availability, security, and efficiency.
  • Partner with engineering, platform, security, and product teams to improve automation, infrastructure‑as‑code adoption, and developer enablement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals across systems operations, Dev Ops, networking, and corporate IT.
  • Develop future leaders and build organizational capability within the technology organization.
  • Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and contracts with IT providers.
  • Develop and manage IT operations budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness and financial accountability.
  • Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead incident response, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational readiness.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions that support business growth.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT infrastructure and operations leadership, with at least 6 years leading technical teams.
  • Proven experience managing complex hybrid environments spanning cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
  • Experience developing and executing technology strategies, infrastructure roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
  • Leadership in cloud adoption, migration, or data‑center transformation projects.
  • Strong expertise with AWS and Azure, including architecture, governance, operational management, and cost optimization.
  • Proficiency in modern infrastructure technologies, networking, cloud services, automation, and IT service management practices.
  • Collaboration with engineering and platform teams to enhance operational models and automation.
  • Excellent leadership, people‑management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, compliance, and operational governance.
  • Experience with operational frameworks, process‑improvement methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Superior negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills for internal and external partnerships.
Preferred Certifications
  • ITIL Foundation or higher
  • PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications
  • Microsoft, AWS, or other vendor‑specific certifications
