Proofpoint is seeking an Operations Engineer to monitor and maintain 14,000+ servers and 250 network devices across multiple data centers, ensuring high availability in a global NOC. You will troubleshoot complex issues in a 24/7 environment and participate in shift handovers.
The role requires strong Linux CLI skills, scripting (Bash/Python), and experience with monitoring and ticketing tools, with collaboration across Engineering, Support, QA and other teams. US citizenship is required.
