Technical Writer
The Content Publishing Specialist is the primary architect of the user‑facing record experience. This role manages the technical transformation of data and serves as the central hub for the publishing lifecycle, coordinating with upstream teams and handling tool‑related issues.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met for diverse data collections, with a focus on department‑wide completion and launch dates.
- Resolve complex issues with SQL templates and database tables, clearly documenting and escalating tool‑related issues to the Content Support team with the necessary technical context.
- Lead communication with teams that handled the data prior to the publishing stage, manage the intake of corrected data, and execute the republication of collections.
- Assist in answering questions, troubleshooting issues the team experiences, and conducting rigorous peer reviews of teammates' handoffs.
- Adhere strictly to complex, multi‑environment workflows where the order of operations is critical to ensure data integrity and prevent publishing issues.
- Assist in training other team members, ensuring technical documentation updates occur promptly.
- Design and implement innovative methods to optimize production workflows and support scalable content growth with assistance from AI tools and writing new MySQL procedures.

- Base salary range: $20.90 – $26.13 per hour, with eligibility for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision.
