Key Responsibilities
  • Data Intelligence Roadmaps & Stakeholder Management
    :
    Partner with business VPs, Directors, product managers, and leadership to identify needs, develop use cases, facilitate workshops, and align priorities with data product roadmaps.
  • Analytics & Insights Enablement
    :
    Deliver trusted data products and self‑service capabilities; enable data‑driven decision making through dashboards, insights and AI‑powered solutions; promote data literacy and AI adoption.
  • Data Architecture & Solution Design
    :
    Provide architecture guidance, ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, performance, governance, security and reusability, and collaborate on best practices and technical standards.
  • Product Backlog Ownership & Delivery
    :
    Manage product backlogs, roadmaps and release plans; create Jira epics, features, user stories, tasks; prioritize features; lead sprint ceremonies; track progress and manage risks.
  • Data Governance & Quality
    :
    Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy and security requirements; lead metadata management, lineage, cataloging, discoverability; use AI to enhance governance; improve data reliability, accuracy and consistency.
  • Resource Planning & Capacity Management
    :
    Develop quarterly resource plans, forecast staffing, support budget planning.
  • Technical Leadership & Quality Assurance
    :
    Conduct architecture, design and code reviews, enforce standards, assure product quality, implement testing and monitoring practices.
  • Leadership & Innovation
    :
    Foster experimentation and AI‑driven problem solving; mentor teams on product thinking and AI best practices; lead AI and data product transformation initiatives.
  • Escalation Management & Technical Troubleshooting
    :
    Serve as technical escalation point for critical production issues; perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, guide resolution, support deployments and operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
  • 15 years in data, analytics, engineering, data architecture or related roles.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise data or AI‑enabled product teams.
  • Experience building AI, analytics or data products at scale, delivering measurable business value.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira backlog management and Agile/Scrum.
  • Proficiency in data architecture, modeling, integration patterns and code review.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
  • Knowledge of data warehouse, lakehouse and data mesh architectures, Snowflake, Databricks or similar platforms.

  • Performance Tuning, Optimization, CI/CD, Dev Ops
  • Resource Planning & Capacity Management
