Health Equity is seeking a Director of Consumer Identity Technology to lead two identity engineering PODs and a global support function. You will own the identity platform roadmap, security, and modernization efforts across web and mobile, including CIAM strategy, passkeys, and account recovery.
You’ll drive vendor relationships, architecture decisions, and cross-functional planning with fraud, product security, and member services while building in a high-trust healthcare/fintech context.
