Ubiquiti is seeking a Warranty Specialist to manage the full warranty claims process. You will answer customer questions professionally and submit claims through Net Suite and Zendesk.
You will handle data collection and investigation of claims, communicate with customers, and ensure policy adherence while demonstrating knowledge of our product lines. On-the-job training will be provided.
