Associate General Counsel

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney with 3-7 years of legal experience to join our dynamic legal team with a growing company in the direct selling industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract review and drafting. Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: advertising law; regulatory matters within the dietary supplement industry and/or the medical device industry;

experience in global privacy and data protection; and experience in the direct selling industry.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice and support on regulatory compliance, particularly within the dietary supplement industry.
• Assist in the development and implementation of global privacy and data protection policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support the legal team in managing legal risks and opportunities related to the direct selling industry.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3-7 years of legal experience, with a focus on contract review and drafting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
