Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Assets Supervisor to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, tracking tools and assets, handling shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate records within the tracking system. To be successful, this role will continue to contribute to a growth mindset of improvement and efficiency. This role involves managing iPhone and iPad inventory, including resetting and returning devices to stock.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of tools and assets by tracking and updating inventory levels in the system to ensure proper inventory is maintained.
- Inspire the team to work effectively and efficiently to complete requests.
- Ensure all ticket requests to include onboarding are fulfilled and shipped timely.
- Assign inventory and assets into tracking systems to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by responding to other departments in a timely manner and with a positive attitude.
- Build and sustain a safety-first culture through daily walkthroughs, communicating expectations and providing ideas to improve safety.
- Continue to improve processes and decrease costs.
- Efficient with time and proactively help others.
- Intermediate PC computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, written, presentation, customer service, and creative problem‑solving skills; motivated self-starter with good time‑management and interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of management.
- Proficiency in inventory tracking systems is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Working ConditionsThis job operates in a warehouse environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
