Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. The Parts Clerk is responsible for tracking, ordering, inventory, and parts room management within the vehicle maintenance department.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts, tools, and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory system
• Issue parts and materials to technicians as requested, ensuring proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to maintain optimal inventory
• Work with vendors to source parts, verify deliveries, and resolve discrepancies
• Label, organize, and maintain the cleanliness of the parts storage area
• Assisting with resort recycling efforts
• Assist with tracking warranties, returns, and core exchanges
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be age 18 at the time of hire
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move heavy loads around 100lbs
• Well organized and able to work in moving environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Must be able to travel through snow to reach a building or piece of equipment with tools and materials necessary to complete tasks assigned
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a DOT medical test

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
