We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Services Supervisor to join our team and oversee cleaning operations across multiple locations in the Salt Lake South Territory. Bilingual English/Spanish required
Full-Time Position
Position Responsibilities:- Supervise and support janitorial employees across multiple locations.
- Ensure facilities meet company cleaning and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and follow up on any issues.
- Train and assist new employees with cleaning procedures and company expectations.
- Communicate with employees, supervisors, and clients professionally.
- Monitor attendance, schedules, and staffing needs.
- Help coordinate coverage when employees are absent.
- Report maintenance, supply, or cleaning issues as needed.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and facility contacts.
- Travel between locations within the assigned territory.
- Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facility services.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be comfortable working in different commercial facilities and conducting inspections.
- Flexible and dependable with schedule availability.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, hands-on, and comfortable leading a team. The right candidate should be able to communicate effectively with both employees and clients and take initiative when problems arise.
