Position Overview The Executive Director is responsible for the overall success of the community—operationally, financially, and culturally. This leader sets the tone, drives performance, and ensures that every resident experience reflects excellence, empathy, and kindness.

You will serve as the face of the community, owning first impressions, leading sales efforts, and ensuring a high standard of hospitality and care.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Build and sustain a culture of accountability, mentorship, and kindness

Lead by example—setting clear expectations and holding teams to high standards

Develop department heads through coaching, feedback, and performance management

Foster an environment where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered

Operations & Compliance Oversee daily operations across all departments

Ensure full compliance with Utah state regulations and Department of Health standards

Ensure care is delivered with quality, dignity, and empathy

Financial Performance Manage and execute annual budgets for revenue and expenses

Drive financial success through occupancy growth and expense management

Hold leaders accountable to KPIs and operational metrics

Sales & Growth Act as the sales leader of the community

Own the customer journey—from first impression through residency

Partner with teams to drive occupancy, reputation, and growth

Resident Experience Deliver and uphold world-class customer service standards

Champion a resident-centered culture rooted in kindness and empathy

Continuously elevate the resident and family experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred

Leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits Full-time position

Base salary: $105,000 – $115,000 (DOE)
Performance-based bonus structure tied to community metrics
