Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily operations at our Jamba + Auntie Anne’s co-brand location in Draper. This role is ideal for a high-capacity leader who thrives in a fast-paced quick-service environment and is ready to take ownership of people development, operational execution, and guest experience.
The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in driving performance across two brands under one roof. You will help coach the team, protect food safety standards, manage labor effectively, and ensure operational excellence on every shift.
This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will be expected to lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development- Support the GM in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Coach shift leaders and team members to deliver strong execution and hospitality
- Model professionalism, urgency, and accountability
- Maintain a positive, high-energy culture across both brands
- Oversee daily operations for both Jamba and Auntie Anne’s
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and recipes
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Support inventory management and ordering processes
- Monitor product quality, prep levels, and waste control
- Assist the GM in managing labor to budget
- Support food cost controls and inventory accuracy
- Help drive sales through strong shift execution and upselling
- Protect throughput and speed of service
- Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintain high standards for store presentation and hospitality
- 1+ year of leadership experience in quick service, fast casual, or retail preferred
- Ability to lead shifts independently
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a co‑brand environment
- Available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
