Cinemark Assistant Managers help run theatres by supporting the General Manager and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
They are cross-trained in all departments to assist where needed and to train employees effectively, with a path from Assistant Manager to Senior Assistant Manager and then Theatre Manager or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months’ service.
