Senior Recovery Collections Specialist About the Role

The Senior Recovery Collections Specialist is more than a collections role—it’s an opportunity to own a portfolio, solve complex recovery challenges, and make a measurable impact on Clicklease’s success. You see every delinquent account as a problem to solve, not a reason to give up. You are naturally curious, resourceful, and persistent. When others stop after a few calls or a voicemail, you keep trying.

You look for new ways to connect, uncover information, and move an account toward resolution while always operating within company policies and compliance requirements.

This role offers significant ownership and autonomy. You’ll evaluate each account, develop recovery strategies, negotiate resolutions, coordinate repossessions when appropriate, and partner with internal teams to maximize portfolio performance.
